Original era manufacture. Brightly polished 6 inch steel blade with a stacked leather grip. The blade retains its factory edge and shows some minor age discoloration on the ricasso and tip. The stacked leather grip is sound, no missing pieces and the pommel is secure. The original leather scabbard is in fair condition,sound, but showing some surface dryness with the pommel strap broken. Classic WWII private purchase fighting/utility knife, really fits the hand well.
