Original period manufacture. Heavy duty, bright finished six inch blade showing staining and spotting to its surface. Looks to be factory sharpened, nice and sound tip. Stacked leather grip with a steel pommel. The leather segments are intact but show age but none are missing. Riveted and sewn original leather sheath.The scabbard is sound,however the upper two rivets are missing and the seams next to the rivets are beginning to open up. The pommel strap is intact and operable.
