Original period manufacture. Black velvet body, edged with yellow cord, with the body measuring 16 inches across. Large CBI embroidered insignia at the center done in cotton thread, flank by embroidered India & Burma, with the letters I.B.T. at the top. Wear to the CBI emblem below the blue panel on the left side. No holes or tears, black cotton covered reverse.
