Original era manufacture. A great little action-toy of the WWII era with it's original tag showing a patent number of D-132,277, placing this toy in late 1942 or early 1943. He shows some light age and wear but no damage. I suppose the idea was you tossed Pat into the air and watched delightedly as he floated safely to earth. Figure measures 7 inches in height.
