Original period manufacture. Bright polished steel blade which measures 21.5 inches in length and is US Legitimus Collins 1942 proofed on the reverse ricasso. The blade is clean, factory sharpened with no corrosion issues. Black hard rubber or plastic grips secured by five steel rivets. Sound brown leather sheath with an M1910 belt hook suspension. The reverse of the sheath is clearly US proofed with a faint makers name. The leather surrounding the belt hook is weakbut still doing its job. Leather stitched and stapled edging.
