Original era manufacture. Printed Rayon material displaying the US flag and a message printed in 17 languages found in South East Asia. Normal age and wear. Identified in the collector book, "Last Hope:The Blood Chit Story" by Baldwin & McGarry, as the DEB-11 pattern chit, of which around 12,787 were produced. Light fraying around the edges, measures roughly 12 x 17 inches.
