Original era manufacture. Type A-14 Demand Oxygen Mask still enclosed in it's original cellophane wrapping.The lid of the box displays the original issue label, stating size Medium, with a January 1945 manufacturing date, and made by the Ohio Chemical & Manufacturing Co. in Cleveland.Light fading to the surface of the box, otherwise it is near new.
