Original era manufacture. A five inch, blue steel finished blade, with a simple steel guard, and a stacked leather grip.Cole references this pattern in Book III, page 77, figure 6, in the chapter dealing with Navy Mk I and related knives.The knife is sound, displaying normal age and wear, the period leather sheath is in fair condition, stiffened from age, and missing half of its pommel strap.
