Original era manufacture. US WWII era pair of enameled US Army DUI's representing the 1st Engineer Battalion, each with a pinback reverse. It's origins can be traced back to 1846, with continued service with the army up to the present day. During WWII it served with the 1st Infantry Division and actively participated in the  assault landings in North Africa, Sicily and Normandy. It received three Presidential Unit Citations for it's service during WWII.
