Original era manufacture.Handheld, metal case with yellow stenciled lettering. Two securing clasps with a folding handle. Inside are 9 small cardboard boxes with medical supplies, all but one marked with the Mine Safety Appliances logo. There is some variation with the boxes and the contents label in the lid, but all appear period to the whole. Normal age and wear. Marked Property of US Government.
