Original era manufacture. Non commercial made knife, featuring a 10.25 inch massive steel blade. Simple, elongated oval steel guard, with thick wood slab grips.The knife is fairly heavy, with a dark steel patina finish, no corrosion issues. The grips are secured by three aluminum rivets, the right side grip plate has a crack in it. Simple leather sheath of sewn construction, faded writing on the reverse from a black marker pen.
