Original period manufacture. Beautiful multi-piece construction insignia which is worn on the officer's visor hat. Sterling (.925 silver) marked on the reverse of the eagle's wing, 1/20 10K.STER on the anchors, Hilborn-Hamburger H-H eagle on the reverse of the anchor and eagle's wings.
