Original era manufacture. US WWI Navy officer visor hat. Identified to JA NO John Krzemien, U.S.P.H.S.H. Lexington, KY. Dark blue wool top, with a black mohair cap band. Bound, black plastic visor, gold brocade adjustable chinstrap with a single red cloth line through the center. Gilde brass USPHS cap eagle and side buttons. Size about a 7, no moth issues.
