Original period manufacture. WWII era utility knife with a 5.5 inch blade, simple steel guard, stacked leather grip with red & black spacers, with an aluminum pommel cap.The blade is maker marked on the reverse ricasso, shows evidence of use with light scratching to its surface and scattered staining, the tip is not rounded and remains sharp.Sound original brown leather scabbardm of stitched and riveted construction. Initials of B.L.R. are etched into the sheath.
