Original era letter. This interesting instruction letter, issued by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Texas nearly 80 years ago, advises the course to be taken by the 1st National Bank of Nogales Arizona, in regards to an Enemy Alien internee held at the Stringtown Internment Camp in Oklahoma. Dated January 12th 1943, the letter instructs the Nogales bank, that all bank accounts, safe deposit boxes, and other assets are now blocked acounts, and that no payments, transfer of withdrawal may hereafter be made execpt as authorized by an appropriate license. An interesting letter to say the least.
