Original era manufacture. Pre WWII painted leather cover identified to Fort Riley Kansas, home of the US Army Cavalry School, and now the 1st US Infantry Division. Never used for its intended purpose as all of the pages are blank. Measures 7x11 inches, normal age and wear, no damage.
