Original era manufacture. Olive wool construction with all buttons present, there are a few repaired snags in the back of the sweater, and on the elbows of both arms, overall the sweater is quite clean looking.The original issue tag is inside the collar, and the GI stenciled the first letter of his last name and last four digits of his service number on the tag. Size about a 40. Scarce garment as most of these were sold and worn postwar as surplus.
