Original period manufacture. Polished steel,7.5 inch blade with a flat spine and a bottle openerbuilt into the cutting edge. Simple oval steelguard with a stacked leather grip and ablade tang which extends through the steel oval pommel. The blade shows light wear and use but no damage, sound grip without missing segments or cracks.Therusset leather sheath is of riveted and sewn construction, the pommel securing strap is intact. Typical age and wear.
