Original period manufacture. Just under 6 inch polished steel blade which shows its makers markings on the reverse ricasso and traces of its original blue finish. Simple steel guard with a stacked leather grip showing red and black spacers at the pommel and guard. Plain circular steel pommel with a split tang attachment. Sound brown leather sheath which displays a handwritten date of 1943 and traces of the original owners name.
