Original era manufacture. In Civil War times these were known as a "housewife". This is a WWII era version and is quite complete. Included are needles and pins, thimble, scissors, assorted color cotton threads and button assortment. All reside in a cloth covered hard case with snap closure. On one end a GI has written his service number.
