Original era manufacture. Fresh from a local estate is this wonderful grouping of over 50 pieces of insignia and medals, gathered during a Chicago soldier's service in the CIB during WWII. Nine large theater made CIB patches in a variety of styles, four smaller CIB insignia, one in silver wire, an enameled pin-back CIB insignia, large US flag blood chit, leather squadron insignia, his next-of-kin dogtags, named GoodConduct Medal, large assortment of USAAF cloth insignia, USAAF collar brass, ribbons and marksmanship insignia rounds out the lot.Some of the insignia shows some moth nibbling, but overall the set is bright and clean and presents itself wonderfully. Shipped without the glass mount to save on weight and breakage.
