Original period manufacture. Black rubberized fabric gasmask bag with dark OD canvas webbing. Classic assault gasmask carrier worn during the Normandy Invasion, June 6th, 1944.The bag is pliable with clear stenciling, no holes or tears. The webbing is sound, showing staining from storage. All of the metal fittings are present, some displaying surface corrosion and pitting.
