Original period manufacture. This is a married set, as the manufacture of the tab does not match the SSI. British made IX patch, which has faded from age and wear, with a US made, cut-edge, cotton embroidered white on red Airborne tab. The tab was mounted in a display at one time as paper residue can be seen on the reverse.
