Original era manufacture. A great example of WWII trench art, utilizing the base from a 105 mm US shell casing, and portions of Japanese mortar fuzes made into a miniature bomb.On the side of the casing are two sections of decoration, one displaying a Guam patch, with crossed palm fronds ant the date Aug. 1944, and on the opposite side, a small island and Guam '45.Nice old brass patina finish. Stands about six inches in height. One of the small brass cigarette rests are missing, three remain.
