Original era manufacture. Early production knife with only the word KABAR on the ricasso, no address or service branch. The stacked leather grip seems a bit thinner in my hand than the later models. The blade shows typical service use but no problems, really quite nice. Interesting brown leather sheath with a hand applied design. Normal age and wear.
