Original era manufacture. Kabar style knife with a stacked leather grip. The blade shows use, little of the original finish remains with a gray steel patina and evidence of old cleaned corrosion. No nicks in the edge or signs of over-sharpening. The stacked leather grip is complete, no missing pieces or chips. Dark brown leather scabbard with sewn and riveted construction. A sound enough example showing honest age and use.
