Original era manufacture.Manufactured 16 inch blade, which has been cut-down during the war to its current 10 inch length.Maker marked UFH (Union Fork & Hoe) on the ricasso. Near 100% of the dark parkerized finish remains on the blade surface.Parkerized finish to the guard and pommel, lock button works properly, sound ribbed black plastic grips. Original finish OD plastic scabbard, with a parkerized steel throat displaying the Ordnance Bomb andUS. Honest original condition M1 Garand Bayonet, very clean.
