Original era manufacture. Manufactured 10 inch blade, maker marked UFH (Union Fork & Hoe) on the ricasso. The edge displays period sharpening, with wear to the finish. No corrosion pitting or staining.  Parkerized finish to the guard and pommel, lock button works properly, sound ribbed black plastic grips.Original OD plastic scabbard, with a parkerized steel throat displaying the Ordnance Bomb and US. Honest original condition M1 Garand Bayonet.
