Original period manufacture. Front seam, reflective edge, swivel bale steel helmet, with original sewn light OD chinstraps and black painted steel buckles. The helmet shell retains nearly 100% of it's original OD paint finish, showing a spot of discoloration to the exterior surface on the right side, and some minor scuff marks on the interior from having the liner inserted. Firestone A-21 marked liner with light OD webbing complete with a non-adjustable nape strap. Original leather liner chinstrap, with a non-magnetic adjusting buckle with a blue finish. Overall the helmet looks as if it was removed from the QM box yesterday. A very nice helmet.
