Original period manufacture. Fixed bale, front seamed helmet, with a reflective edge and light OD chinstrap with darkened brass fittings. Medical adhesive strip on the interior bearing the name Sanders. Original finish, showing some denting to the top of the helmet, considerable wear to the fabric of the chinstraps where they wrap around the bales.
