Original era manufacture. US WWII M1 Helmet and liner, complete. Swivel bale, front seamed, reflective edge helmet. The lot number on the underside of the helmet visor is not readable, however a large letter P is visible. Original sewn light OD canvas chinstraps with darkened brass securing buckles. Seaman Paper Co. marked liner, with light OD webbing to include a non adjustable nape strap. None magnetic metal fittings, original OD paint to the exterior. Original brown leather chinstrap which is unbroken. Magnetic dark OD adjusting buckle, the rivet behind the buckle is painted brown and marked United Carr. Sound helmet overall.
