Original era manufacture. A very clean example of a bayonet which was quite busy during the early part of America's participation in WWII. Originally produced with a 16 inch blade by AFH in 1942, it was then cut-down to it's present 10 inch length by UFH which stamped their initials on the top of the blade tang. Nearly all of the original dark parkerized finish remains on the blade, guard and pommel. Nice black plastic grips with a very clean OD plastic scabbard with an original finish scabbard throat. Nice bayonet.
