Original era manufacture. A complete example of a WWI M1910 bayonet which modified during the early days of WWII, by being cut-down to a 10 inch length. Maker marked SA 1906 and serial numbered 88094.The spear point blade displays a mix of its original parkerized finish, and a steel patina finish, with some minor corrosion staining at the tip. Sound black plastic grips showing honest age and wear, with a dark steel patina finish to the guard and pommel.OD plastic scabbard with original factory finish, minor staining to the scabbard throat.
