Original era manufacture. A very sound example of a WWII, M1911 45 Pistol holster, made by BOYT and dated 42. Dyed black during the 1960's and evidently used by a Marine. The leather is very sound, the holster has not been crushed or modified with the exception of a USMC EGA insignia placed on the flap over the US oval.
