Original era manufacture. WWII issue .45 M1911 pistol holster, dated 1944 and made by Warren Leather Goods Company. Post WWII it was redyed black to meet the change in regulations. The obverse has now toned to a more mellow color. The holster is sound, stitching tight, and it has not been oiled, slightly flattened from storage.
