Original era manufacture.Now this is a different one; basically a standard M1923 Rifleman's belt in OD canvas, with brass fittings throughout, but without a US stencil on the front pocket.Stitched to the reverse of the belt is a machine-embroidered GEMSCO retailers tag. GEMSCO is a very famous maker and retailer of military and fraternal insignia of all types; this is the first piece of field equipment I have ever encountered with their tag affixed to it.Overall the belt exhibits very light wear and use, just atouch of light fading to the fabric. No tears, rips or stains, very solid overall.
