Original era manufacture. OD cotton poplin jacket with a clear tag in the collar and an additional issue tag in the lower right pocket. No holes, tears or stains, size marked 38L. I tried this on and it is waaay big on me and I'm a 40 regular. Seems like it would fit a 42R.
