Original era manufacture. Exhibiting pretty much storage wear only, is this M1943 US folding shovel with a  2nd pattern cover. The shovel is maker marked WOOD and is dated 1944. Nearly all of the original factory paint remains on the blade and handle. Very clean Tulsa Canvas Products Co. 1944 marked, dark OD canvas carrier with an adjustable reverse.
