Original era manufacture. Dark OD poplin body with light OD canvas webbing. Clear markings under the top flap, zippers work as they should, overall just light service wear. Minor fraying to the edges of the shoulder straps, with a few pinholes and light staining to the fabric. These evidently saw service in both the European and Pacific theaters with the jungle pack moniker carrying over from the earlier camouflage version. Certainly an improvement for the GI over the dreadful M1928 pack.
