Original period manufacture. A well used, but sound example, early production witht the makers name stamped on the blade, US M3 CASE 1943. The blade is bright with scattered staining and clouding from age and use. There is a shallow chip in the cutting edge, just below the letter C in Case. Stacked leather grips show use and wear but no chips or missing segments. Second pattern M8 scabbard with the M1910 belt hook.
