Original era manufacture. Stacked leather handle with no cracks or missing segments, few spots of garage paint on one side. Parkerized finished blade in sound condition with the markings of US M3 IMPERIAL on the obverse side. There is some denting to the blade spine and the finish shows some wear near the tip, otherwise normal age and wear. First pattern M8 scabbard without the 1910 belt hook with a light OD canvas belt loop. White letter D handpainted on the the scabbard body.
