Original era manufacture. Kinfolk manufactured US WWII M3 combat knife, with an M8 scabbard.The blade appears to be shortened a bit, or at least re-pointed, measuring slightly over 6 inches in length. Traces of the parkerized finish remain, with evidence of period sharpening. No nicks or corrosion issues.Parkerized finish to the guard and pommel, with the guard displaying the initials KI for Kinfolks manufacture.Nice stacked leather grip, displaying typical age and wear, but no cracks or missing segments.Sound 3rd style M8 scabbard with a dark OD canvas belt loop and M1910 hanger at the top.
