Original era publication. Hardbound edition with photographs of the staff and graduating pilots of this class. All of the individuals are identified, with a number of them autographed. Named on the interior of the cover to L.H. Amon. Included with the book is a copy photo of a soldier kneeling by a ball turret, perhaps this is Lieutenant Lorenz H. Amon, owner of the book and notebooks. Included with the lot is an original copy of the Air Force Manual No. 7, "High Level Precision Bombing", published in 1944, and three pocket size notebooks. The two black notebooks contain penciled notes regarding training details, the smaller red book has the following written inside the cover; Lt. L. H. Amon, 0-666604, A.P.O. 83rd Bomb Sq, 12th Bomb Gp, APO 390. Good fodder for further research. Normal handling and wear.
