Original era manufacture. Light OD canvas with blackened metal fittings, in very clean condition, named on the reverse to ROSS. Any US WWI or WWII canteen cover with the M1910 belt hook will fit. These were intended to snap onto the rings on the McClellan saddle but also fit well on utility loops on vehicles, or ammunition belts as well.
