Original era manufacture. The Naval Air Transport Service existed from 1941-1948, at its peak in 1944, it consisted of 18 squadrons, and 540 aircraft. Transferred  to the Air Force in 1948.  Clear plastic covered disc with a paper insert, pinback reverse. Measures 50 mm in width.
