Original period manufacture. Parkerized finished blade with makers name of Camillus on one side of the ricasso, and U.S.N. Mark 2  on the other. Stacked leather grip. Grip is tight, with no missing or cracked segments. Narrow pommel disc with a rectangular tang.  Very sound brown leather scabbard of riveted and sewn construction. U.S.N. stamped into the throat.  Light age and wear.
