Original era manufacture. Enlisted women wore a soft-brimmed hat, which had interchangable tops of navy-blue to white to grey and white striped seersucker. A navy-blue tally with U.S. Navy in gold letters was worn across the front.This hat is in very good condition with the white top and the name of A. M. Osenga written inside. Size 22 1/2. She was a Boatswains Mate 3rd Class.
