Original era manufacture. I believe this to be of French manufacture, the type of thing sold to GI's & Tommy's visiting Paris on leave. All brass construction, with four tiny painted flags honoring the four Allies; France, England, USA & Russia. Measures 45 mm in width, wear to the painted surfaces as shown.
