Original era manufacture. Removable white cotton top with gilded sterling marked, 2 piece eagle & anchors emblem at front. Named on the inside of the white top to a Lt.Swann USNR. Shows typical age and wear, no chinstrap, size about a 6 7/8. Top and interior does not glow under a UV light.
