Original era manufacture. A very interesting silver cigarette lighter, apparently purchased while the soldier served in the Persian Gulf Command during WWII. Engraved decorations on both sides; on one side of the top the date 1945 and below the Persian Gulf Command insignia, and on the top of the opposite side, IRAN, and below an image of ancient ruins. The wick is present, but needs a new flint. Silver patina finish, measures 2.25 inches in height.
